Senior Quantity required for busy main contractor to be based in the Tayside office.

My client is one of the largest privately owned construction, development and services groups in Scotland and the North East of England. The construction division is involved in a varied range of construction activity, this includes schools and hospitals in the PFI/PPP sectors, supermarkets, retail developments, housing, commercial office space and refurbishment and extension projects.

The Dundee office have a requirement fora SeniorQuantity Surveyor to join the team. As a Quantity Surveyor you will have financial and contractual control over your project. You will carry out tender/estimate reviews, work with the site management through the construction phase and prepare final account and reporting.
