Full Description:
Purpose
● To assist in the maintenance of all facilities and deputise for Facilities Manager when required

Principal Accountability's
● Manage and develop direct reports
● Work in conjunction with Facilities Supervisor
● Develop, Implement and maintain schedule for plant at all facilities
● Implementation of tight controls on sub contractors - risk assessments, method statements in place prior to commencement of work
● Supervision of sub contractors on site
● Assist in the maintenance of a safe working environment
