Full Description:
The Aberdeen office of this well established contractor are on the lookout for an experiencedProject Surveyor. They areone of the largest privately owned construction, development and services groups in Scotland and the North East of England. They have 10 separate businesses operating throughout 5 market sectors. The construction division is involved in a varied range of construction activity, this includes schools and hospitals in the PFI/PPP sectors, supermarkets, retail developments, housing, commercial office space and refurbishment and extension projects.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will have financial and contractual control over your project. You will carry out tender/estimate reviews, work with the site management through the construction phase and prepare final account and reporting.
