Hays Energy are looking for safety case professionals to work in Glasgow. If you have the following experience please call or email your details.

To review, maintain and develop the HMNB Clyde suite of Nuclear Site Safety Justification (NSSJ) documentation to ensure continued permissioning of Nuclear Powered Warship (NPW) operations within the Authorised Site Facilities.

To research, interrupt and produce intelligent and robust Safety Justification (deterministic/probabilistic) to develop the extant NSSJ documentation in line with company policy/strategy and regulatory requirements.

To represent HMNB Clyde and BNS at internal and national Naval Nuclear Propulsion Programme (NNPP) forums in the area of Safety Case/Justification development, particularly PSA. To interface with other NNPP stakeholders on the use and adoption of best community practise.

To manage the review, maintenance and development of the HMNB Clyde Probabilistic Safety Assessment (PSA) data that supports the ongoing permissioning of Nuclear Powered Warship (NPW) operations within the Authorised Site Facilities.

To be the focal point within HMNB Clyde for the interpretation and implementation of PSA related (levels 1-3) safety principles and methodologies.

To develop, lead and progress relevant reliability studies in the areas of infrastructure/system and EMIT with the aim of producing realistic data for the development of procedures.

To support the Site Safety Justification Manager (SSJM) in the development and maintenance of a fully justified and compliant Nuclear Site Safety Justification
