Branch Manager

Location: Castle Douglas

Salary: dependent on experience £21,000-30,000 plus benefits and bonus


An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of the UK's major banks to join their successful team in the role of Branch Manager.

As the Branch Manager you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding service, sales and control targets by managing, coaching and motivating the Branch team to deliver outstanding customer service. You also ensure the branch team delivers results whilst following the Bank's service and sales processes and procedures.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career, particularly if you are an assistant/deputy manager looking for your next career step or an existing Branch Manager seeking a larger and busier branch.
