THE ROLE

Location: Paisley
Salary:£7 - £7.50 per hour
Benefits Package: N/A
Reporting to: Office Manager


THE COMPANY

Our client is a widely recognised successful construction company with multi UK sites.


EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

This role will involve working closely with both the office manager and providing one to one support for a senior manager in a very busy office.

Key tasks will include:_

Excellent administration support with full use of Microsoft Office.
PA support to senior management.
Office task management and prioritising key tasks.
Producing reports and preparing presentations.
Collating documents for Start-Up Packs


This role will demand the following experience, skills and attributes:-

Excellent administration and IT skills
Attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high pressure environment


In addition to the above candidates will need to demonstrate previous work experience in a similar role.
