THE ROLE Audit Administrators
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Salary:6.15 8.20 per hour
Benefits Package: N/A
Reporting to: Interim Senior Manager
Duration:on going could lead to perm.
Hours of Work37.5 hours per week

THE ROLE
Job Description - A typical day would involve some or all of the below:
Accurate and error-free logging of incoming requests
Running and printing reports
Performing various control checks diligently
Using various systems to print customer statements
Preparing cover letter and dispatching/emailing complete and accurate confirmations
Regular and systematic updating of internal databases
Precise filing of documents for easy retrieval

Skills Required
Displays excellent organization and time-management skills
Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing workload
Produces thorough and accurate work
Enthusiastic and motivated team-player
Word & Excel knowledge
