Full Description:
Our client is looking for an assistant quantity surveyor who is immediately available and looking to assist a senior quantity surveyor. A recent graduate may also be suited for this position. Previous construction experience is required, with a track record of previous work.

Duties will include preparing various quantities, dealing with contractual matters, preparing pre and post contract budgets and preparing progress payments for our client. Various projects will be delegated once the candidate has been selected.

The candidate is required to be degree qualified or equivalent, with an in depth knowledge of construction quantity surveying. Ability to prepare bills of quantity and ownership for quality delivery will also be expected of our candidate.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a top hourly rate, and will have to opportunity to grow with the organisation if excellence is proven.
