Looking for an exciting and challenging career opportunity? Having achieved significant growth over the last year we are currently recruiting for trainee consultants to join our team on a permanent basis in our city-centre office. Dealing with the construction industry, you will be responsible for looking after your own specific area of the market, recruiting candidates for our existing positions and new business development. With an extensive client portfolio and candidate database, we are leading providers of staff to a varied number of world-class organisations. Furthermore, the role will involve some business development by phone and in person, visiting clients, interviewing and action planning with candidates and utilising various marketing methods.

We offer on the job and classroom style training so no previous experience is required. What we do want is for you to be motivated, enthusiastic and determined with a good telephone manner, sales ability and good people / communication skills.

There are an enormous amount of benefits working with our organisation. Your starting salary will be £15k plus the opportunity to earn uncapped commission from day one. In your first year with us, OTE can be £18-24k. As our commission scheme is uncapped and provides great earning potential, it is the type of role where you will get out of it what you put in. It is essential that you have a drivers licence for this position as we do visit clients regularly. We will consider candidates that do not currently have a drivers licence however would expect you to be learning with a view to undertaking your test soon.
