Full Description:
We are looking to recruit a self-motivated, well presented, enthusiastic individual to join our team of recruitment specialists in our city centre office.

You will be required to be the frontline contact for all clients and candidates calling into our busy office. You will provide efficient administrative support to our directors, consultants and payroll department

Main duties will be answering incoming calls & redirecting them to the appropriate department or distributing messages as appropriate, Greeting visitors to the office, opening and distributing incoming mail, distribution of faxes, processing of all outgoing mail, ordering the company stationery and any other admin duties as and when required

you must have a working knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook.
