Full Description:
We are recruiting for a Part Time candidate for our professional client based in Glasgow city centre.

Working 2-2.5 days per week in a corporate environment the main duties of the position will include:

Setting up rooms for a large number of meetings on a daily basis
Arranging any equipment and refreshments as necessary
Ordering lunches on-line
Checking forward planning for meetings to order on-line in advance

The successful applicant will have excellent customer facing skills coupled with good organisational skills.
You will also be willing to learn as you will receive training in the use of MS word and excel and also Food Hygiene training.
