'This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Reed Employment who are operating as an employment agency.'

Working in the heart of the city centre, we are currently recruiting for full-time Customer Service Advisors.

Your role:

As an advisor you will assist the customers with their general banking enquiries such as balance enquiries, bill payments and funds transfers. You will also, have the opportunity to sell additional products and service’s that the customer may qualify for and benefit them. Products and Services, which you will be selling, include Lending products, current and savings accounts, Insurance products and Internet services etc.

Your hours:

You'll need to be flexible regarding changes to your start and finish times, however, you will be given a minimum of four weeks notice of variations. You will benefit from a standard eight hour working day.

Your pay:

You’ll start on a salary of £13,329. If you meet targets and performance standards (we’ll help you get there!), this should rise to £14,810, usually within six months.
