Full Description:
My client is a Global Consultancy who seek a Principal Civil Engineer/ Technical Director to join the team in their Edinburgh office.

This Role will entail-

. Master Planning
. Project Management
. Client and Third Party Liaison
. Technical Reviews
. Financial Management
. Co-ordination of In-House Multi-Discipline Teams

Required-

- Minimum of BSc degree
- Chartered Engineer
- Working knowledge of current design software
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of staff
- Full UK driving licence.

Job Description-

The civil and Infrastructure is part of the Scotland Engineering Group based in Edinburgh and Glasgow. Delivering to a range of clients across the industrial, engineering and development markets in the private and public sectors, the departments works closely with the multi-disciplinary colleagues from all engineering functions.

You will be working on a variety of large scale projects both locally and across the UK. Present projects include regeneration projects at Craigmillar, Armadale, Ravenscraig and Strathleven.

You will be responsible for technical quality and financial management. The candidate will also be expected to assist in maintaining the growth and development of the Civil team.
