New Job Vacancy - Associate Professional Surveyor
Permanent Job - Salary £45k - 50k (company car, pension, healthcare, discretionary bonus).
Glasgow G2, Scotland

Associate seeking a new role in the Glasgow market that will give you more control? I would like to take the opportunity to invite you to apply for the job of Associate Professional Surveyor within one of the UK's most dynamic and progressive multi-disciplinary property consultancies.

The company in question have a plan for expansion within their commercial professional team, and are looking to add to their Central Belt team of valuation and rent review specialists.

The ideal applicant is a chartered professional surveyor, currently at Associate level, who is looking for a fresh challenge in the Glasgow marketplace, and who has supreme confidence in their own abilities. The role will focus exclusively on rent review, and is likely to have a bias towards the retail sector rather than the business space sector, although experience in both or either is welcome.

Clients will include funds, investors and property companies, instructions come from a variety of clients, ranging from a national to a local level. Applicants need to be driven, motivated and focused on developing new business.

This is a golden job opportunity and provides the chance to work for a company who value and reward individual performance, but who also provide an important support structure in order to maximise and reward team performance.
