Full Description:
A global property consultancy has an opening for an ASSOCIATE VALUATION SURVEYOR. The ideal candidate can expect a salary around £50,000 per annum.

In addition you will receive the following benefits:

- Company car or car allowance of up to £7,500 (dependant on level)
- Contributory Pension

- Annual, discretionary bonus
- Option to buy and sell up to 5 holidays
- Core hours of 9-5.30pm

On a day-to-day basis you can expect your work to involve:

- Generating business with clients and building up the Edinburgh section of Valuations
- Working with mainstream commercial clients such as banks, funders and property companies
- Property Portfolio Management
- Valuations across the industrial, retail, office, large scale residential developments

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a fresh challenge with a background in commercial valuation. Ideally you will have experience in the mid to high-end market of valuation in which project value will be between £5 - £250 million.
