THE ROLE: Health and Safety Trainer

Location: Glasgow > Scotland

Salary: To be discussed

Hours: Full time hours, Permanent

THE COMPANY

First People HR are currently seeking a Health & Safety Trainer for our client based in Glasgow. Our client is a leader in their field with over 50 years experience in their industry employing 7500 throughout the UK with an impressive annual turnover.

THE ROLE

Travelling throughout the Scottish region providing high quality training to various clients.

The role will be to design, deliver and evaluate all Health & Safety training courses provided. To create innovative course that will capture the attention of clients through different learning methods. Confidence is a must and experience of delivering to a variety of group size as well as 1-2-1 coaching.

EXPERIENCE

Essentially you will have broad knowledge training interventions. A current HSE FAW certification is essential; a training or assessment qualification would be advantageous. You should be able to demonstrate experience of continuous professional development and show how this has been applied to your role as a trainer.

Working within a fast paced and commercially focused environment you should be comfortable dealing with employees of all levels up to Director level.
