| THE ROLE Care Assistant Location: Edinburgh City Centre Salary: £7.00-£7.50 per hour Reporting to: Care Manager We are looking for two carers to work as a double up team to help a lady with her daily routine. Two carers will be required in the morning, 1 for an hour to help hoist out of bed, personal care and make breakfast and 1 for half and hour to assist the main hoister. Both carers will assist for half an hour at lunchtime to help with toileting and lunch preparation. Carers to help with toileting and meal prep around 6pm and finally both carers to assist our lady to bed. THE COMPANY First People Care Solutions aims to recruit and supply a high calibre of Health & Social Care Workers who will provide a quality service of care to the 'Service User' within Inpatient, Centre Based, Outreach, Domiciliary Care and Detached settings. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Having an SVQ level 2 in Social Care or equivalent is preferred. Holding a current manual handling certificate is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
