Full Description:
Our Client is the third largest shopfitter in the UK.They have a proven track record of working with various clients across an array of industry sectors including retail, financial, public authority and commercial.

The companys operations have expanded and they now have an extremely well established building services division. The companys name is at the forefront of building services contractors and are regarded amongst the most respected engineering contractors in the UK

Due to continued growth they are currently recruiting for an M&E Co-ordinator.

Opportunity
The Company will offer you a chance to be involved in the following areas

Project meeting with client, design team and proposed contractors.
Preparation of the tenders, CDM Planning and checking of the specifications & quantities.
Attend design team meetings
sub-contract quotes to assure compliance
Attend tender meetings
On site inspections for compliance with specification
Oversee M&E installation onto a working programme
Snagging
