PROPERTY MANAGER

International Property Consultancy - Glasgow City Centre - £20,000 - 30,000 basic, Car Allowance, Contributory Pension, Private Healthcare, Discretionary Bonus, Generous Holiday Entitlement.

Property Manager required to join one of the worlds leading multi-disciplinary property consultancies.

This well-established, forward-thinking and dynamic property firm has a plan of expansion for their commercial asset management department, and wish to bring in a surveyor to help maintain the interests of their existing client base, and also maximise any potential for business development. The role would be based in their impressive city centre business premises in one of Glasgows newest and largest office buildings, a short walk from both Central and Queen Street Stations.

The ideal candidate will be a chartered Property Manager with a few years of experience within a large private practice post-qualification, and a definite emphasis on continuing their career within the Asset Management sphere. Interest from applicants who have the bulk of their APC diary complete and who plan to become chartered in 2008 are also welcome. It is essential that applicants are client facing, focused and driven towards making the most of their career.
