| Opportunity to work on a rare £60 million development (part of £400m project) in the centre of Edinburgh (parking available or good transport links). Our client specialises in major construction projects (new build and refurb offices, residential etc). They currently have an immediate requirement for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on a £60m mixed use development in Central Edinburgh. You should have either construction or residential experience and have a proven track record with large project values. An excellent remuneration package £50k+ is assured as is career progression. Project is due to complete in 2013. You should ideally have a recognised surveying qualification. Ideally you should have a experience working with a main contractor and you will be dealing with procurement, negotiating, monthly valuations and work on contract administration. You can expect a high basic with pension, car or car allowance, bonus and private healthcare. For more information on the company and role please get in touch.
