Full Description:
Our client is a medium sized design led private practice that offers excellent salary packages and a great work - life balance. You would be working in a well-structured office that is truly dedicated to the delivery of high quality buildings with no sacrifice in design or value.

The practice has gained a reputation for the standard of its technical department and is continually investing in this aspect of its structure whilst maintaining a continually developing design department in addition.

Based in central Edinburgh the practice has offices all over Edinburgh and the central belt these projects are based in the residential, commercial and industrial, leisure & tourism, social & healthcare and conservation sectors.

You will be an Architectural Assistant with experience working on detailed design, drawings for planning and for building warrant. You will have exceptional presentation ability and a good knowledge of building compliancy.

Current projects include;

A number of social/healthcare projects throughout Scotland and into Northern England ranging from £2.7m - £4m. Pre-planning - planning stage at present.
High spec residential and mixed use developments in Leith and throughout Edinburgh and Fife region £5m - £18m
Leisure and tourism projects ongoing at competition and feasibility stage.
