One of the Top 5 Property Partnerships is looking to recruit a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their team in Edinburgh. You can expect to receive a salary in the region of £18,000, although this is dependant on experience. This client is also considering building surveyors with a level of work experience and would adjust the salary accordingly.

A typical days work could include:
-running smaller projects and assisting Associates on larger ones
-New Build developments
-Existing build studies
-Dilapidations
-Schedules of Conditions
-Refurbishments
-Retail/Office fit-outs
-Your projects will cover the sectors of residential, commercial, retail, office, healthcare, education, industrial and infrastructure
-Liaising with clients and contractors, managing small projects
-Completing your diary in preparation for your APC
-Contracts administration
-Reacting to ad-hoc instructions from clients, either passing them on or actioning them to completion
