Full Description:
Top Edinburgh based house-builder seeks a talented Architectural Technician to work for an innovative department that is full of activity and growing steadily. The company deals with high spec luxury apartments and houses across Edinburgh and has offices in most major cities throughout the UK.

Your role will involve:
* Management of low-rise house and small-flatted developments
* Preparation of layouts for sales arenas/show homes
* Preparation of drawings for planning consent
* Co-Ordination of Planning and Building Warrant submissions

You will be technically proficient with proven experience in either the house building industry or private practice and have a relevant qualification. Working knowledge of AutoCAD is essential.
