| We are currently seeking to appoint a Receptionist / Administrator to work on a part basis covering five days. Ideally the hours will cover the core reception times of 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday ( some flexibility on these hours ) Our client is an expanding financial service company, who boasts an exclusive client portfolio and growing name in their area of specialism. Their offices are situated in the heart of Edinburgh and located in a traditional yet modern office. Your role will be to meet and greet all visitors into the office, organise refreshments and 'take care' in welcoming all guests into the organisation. Managing a small switchboard and assisting in a range of administration tasks to support the office team, from copy typing to travel arrangements, to organising couriers and post tasks to managing the meeting room diary.Due to the high profile of their client base, this organisation is seeking a professional reception who understands the importance of this role ie, being the 'first point of contact', hence we are seeking a receptionist / administrator who has worked within the professional services sector, has competent IT skills and a flexbile and professional approach to work.
