THE ROLE Planning Team Executive
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £20-26k
Benefits Package: Excellent benefits including pension, bonus and healthcare

Reporting to: Client Experience & Reporting Manager

Contact Centre Resource Planner required with Financial Services and a wealth of Resource planning experience.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience of:-

- Monitoring & forecasting call volumes and average call handling times.
- Creating staff schedules.
- Creating & distributing MI volumes to improve the overall business strategy.
- Advanced excel skills, outlook, word , Automatic Call Distribution systems (ACDs) & workforce managment tools.
