A new job awaits for a talented, commercially-minded, chartered planner. This is an excellent job opportunity for an individual seeking to gain extensive exposure to high profile planning instructions in the Scottish market.

A leading UK property consultancy is looking to add to their Planning team within the Glasgow office. The team cover planning instructions across Scotland, and due to ongoing business development, they require a chartered planner to join their successful department.
They deal with an extensive range of applications in the commercial market, ranging from retail and business space to open spaces such as waterfront projects.

The ideal candidate is a chartered Planner (RTPI), at Associate level, with a background in retail applications in particular. However, applications from Planner and Senior Planner level who show the potential and the acute commercial awareness to bring genuine value to the department will also be considered.
