Graduate Planner with experience looking for a job that rewards your individual input?

A new job waits for an experienced graduate planner who is keen to grab the chance to work within one of Scotland's most respected and established planning teams. A national multi-disciplinary private practice which has a large and successful team of planners is looking to recruit a junior level planner.

The company has a varied application portfolio, ranging from retail, office, and open space, to mixed use developments comprising residential units and leisure facilities. Clients range from funds and investors to property developers and national operators in retail.

The basic role would involve dealing with planning applications, development planning representations and site appraisals for ongoing projects. The ideal candidate is a recently chartered planner, from either the public or the private sector. However, applications from graduates who are employed within the planning arena and who have the motivation and enthusiasm to bring value to the role will also be very welcome.

The company places great emphasis on training and development, and they will pay for candidates who have not yet become chartered to complete their APC training.
