| Customer Service Specialists City Centre Location £13,500+ bonus + excellent training Customer Service Specialists required for a city centre financial services, global organization. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career with an organization who is dedicated to you! You will receive 5 weeks training that will allow you to utilize and develop your current skills while learning all you can about the organization and their products. You will be providing excellent levels of customer service to new customers who have queries about accounts, balance transfers, card issues and other features. These calls are inbound. You will provide a quality experience and promote additional products to customers. Working in a city centre location you will work 5 days out of 7 and 37.5 hours per week - shift patterns will be between 8am and 10pm. Candidates are required to great customer service experience within a contact centre to secure an interview for this role.
