Full Description:
A large organisation requires maintenance administrator. This is a short term contract for 2-3 weeks to cover holidays.

This role will involve taking calls from tenants with regards to repairs and any complaints or queries they have regarding these. You will be taking details of these queries, logging them and then following these through by arranging repairs and liaising with contractors.

For this position you must have excellent administration and customer service skills.

This is an ideal position for a student looking to earn some extra money!!!
