| New Job Vacancy - Chartered Building Surveyor Permanent Job - Glasgow Glasgow G1, Scotland A key job opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, self-motivated Building Surveyor to join a growing construction consultancy in the heart of Glasgow city centre, who are soon moving into new purpose-builtpremises to house their expanding team. Established for over a decade, the company cover Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and have a team of Building Surveyors comprising an Associate, a SeniorSurveyor and two graduates. Due to expansion plans andnew instructions, they wish to recruit a chartered surveyor, who could lead the graduates on a daily basis, and allow the Associate to focus on furtherbusiness development. The ideal candidate is a recently chartered building surveyor who is keen to make their mark in the Glasgow market, and who wishes to takeresponsibility for their own projects.Experience in a range of sectors is key. Current and future projectsmanaged by the companywill rangeover sectors including councils, housing associations, banks and other fundstouniversities andreligious institutions.
