Full Description:
Project Manager (Building Surveyor) - Large International Property Firm - £20k -25k + Car All, Pens, Holidays, APC training, laptop etc.

A rare opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor to receive first class training and development as wellas anattractive package.

Our client is part of Europes largest property company and currently manages over 2000 properties within the UK. Through this portfolio they are able to generate turnover of more than £800m and a profit of £100m per annum. Their core business is built around property outsourcing involving the transfer of ownership and continuing management over longterm leases. Within Scotland they currently manage estates for several major financial institutions and Government bodies.

Due to continued growth and success, there is an immediate opportunity for a Project Manager to join the Capital Projects Team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will likely have a Building Surveying degree but may come from a variety of backgrounds. The role involves managing the capital improvements across all properties in the Scottish portfolio; ranging from smaller planned maintenance to full office refurbishments. Working with clients, contractors and external consultants you will need to be an excellent communicator and have the ability to work independently.

As an Investors In People organisation, this company offers excellent long-term prospects for career progression and development. They have a proven APC training programme available and will pay for professional memberships.
