THE ROLE: HR & Training Business Partner (Scotland & Ireland)

Location: Edinburgh> Scotland

Salary: £30k - £35k + company car

Hours: Full time hours, Permanent

THE COMPANY

First People HR are currently seeking a HR & Training Business Partner for their client based in the Edinburgh area. Over 50 years experience in their industry this organisation has over 300 branches nationwide with over 300 staff based in the Scottish and Irish regions alone.

THE ROLE

The HR & Training Business Partner will contribute to the HR service throughout the business working in a true Business Partner role to drive the vision of the business forward through excellent HR strategy and training for all staff, this will ensure that the workforce have the skills and competencies required for the future of the business.

The post holder will be responsible for their designated regional area, this will include the HR business plan, project work, employee relations, learning and development.

As this a Regional role the post holder will be expect to travel but must be committed to working from the Edinburgh office.

SPECIFIC SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

Excellent employment law knowledge, background of working at senior management level are essential. CIPD or HR qualification is not essential but would be desirable.
