Our client global oil and gas client based in Tullos are looking to recruit a Calibration Technician Purpose: To ensure all test and calibration works and associated paperwork are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities 1. In house repair, maintenance and calibration of pressure gauges and temperature and pressure recording equipment within the company hire fleet. 2. In house and onsite repair and recalibration of customer owned equipment. 3. Carry out all works in accordance with defined Quality & health and Safety Requirements. 4. Liaise with clients and suppliers as required in order to satisfactorily complete each job. 5. Assist colleagues in maintaining a tidy and safe working environment. 6. Work together with colleagues to maintain an organised and efficient branch. 7. Provide technical support to Team Leader, using initiative and experience to identify solutions to technical issues, which may arise. 8. Such duties as may be deemed necessary for the continued operation of the company. All applicants must be qualified to standard grade level 3 or above, they must be computer literate and hold a driving license. The ideal applicant will have previous experience within a similar role and hold a good mechanical aptitude. |
