THE ROLE Systems Accountant
Location: Fife
Salary:£30,000 - £36,000
Benefits Package: Pension, Performance related bonus, free parking
Reporting to: Group Finance Manager

THE COMPANY
Our client is one of Scotland's highest profile utility companies and it now has an opening for an experienced Systems Accountant. Reporting to the Finance Systems Manager, you will assist with the ongoing development of Oracle Financials and add value with the ongoing development and upgrades of the system and assist with ad hoc projects.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
You will need to demonstrate a can do attitude, be prepared to roll up your sleeves and be used to helping other members of the finance team with issues as they arise. This is not a technical accounting role, but you will be the liaison between the Finance and IT departments, defining the technology strategy, designing and testing any new solutions.
You must have sound systems experience and have an excellent working knowledge of Oracle Financials and the ideal candidate will be currently working towards, or have already obtained, an accounting qualification.
