Full Description:
Quantity Surveyor - leading project and cost management consultancy - £28,000 to £38,000 plus car, pension, healthcare and 25 days plus local holidays.

My client is a leading, global project and cost management consultancy firms with ambitious growth plans in the North of Scotland. To meet these plans they are in the process of recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for the Aberdeen office.

You will be asked to:

Work within a Team and will provide a range of Quantity Surveying duties from project inception through to completion.

- Have a sound knowledge of sustainability issues, life cycle costing and risk and value management.
- Either lead a Team or assist in its management.
- BSc in Quantity Surveying and/or is a member of the RICS or equivalent.
- A willingness to continue to develop your career through our structured training programme.

You will already have

Exceptional interpersonal skills, an ability to communicate effectively (both internally and with Clients), and a willingness and determination to progress your career quickly.
