Quantity Surveyor - Leading Contractor - Edinburgh - £negotiable depending on experience

Job Title - Quantity Surveyor
Location - Edinburgh

My client has built up an enviable reputation over 30 years across Scotland for the successful delivery of commercial and residential projects in both the public and private sectors. The Construction division of this well-established group have extensive expertise in a variety of business sectors such as health care, commercial buildings, residential housing, office accommodation and leisure facilities.

They currently have a requirement for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to be based on site in Edinburgh and report to the Aberdeen HQ. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in the construction industry, together with an ability to communicate at all levels.

The role will involve being responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of the student accommodation development and co-ordinating financial reports.

An Edinburgh office will be opened during the construction of this project, therefore this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ambitious to play a key role in an expanding company.
