Senior Quantity Surveyor - Glasgow - £34k to £43k & Car All, Pension, Laptop, Mobile, 24 days, Private Healthcare.

Senior Quantity Surveyor required to join expanding International Construction Consultancy. This is a rewarding opportunity that offers a high level of responsibility and autonomy not normally available. Exciting plans to grow the Scottish business are in place for the next few years that will provide any member of the team with the chance to fulfil their professional ambitions.

Our client has been established for 60 years and now operates from a network of 7 offices throughout the UK and Europe, employing over 70 staff. They provide a full multi-disciplinary service to a wide range of industry sectors.

Recently completed projects throughout the UK have ranged in value from £500k to £80m covering Commercial offices, Cinemas, Casinos and industrial. Over the last 20 years they have built up a reputation as specialists in delivering retail construction solutions. Projects range from high street fit-outs and refurbishments to major new store developments and they boast several household names among their clients.

The successful candidate will ideally be MRICS and come from a strong private practice background. They will also be able to prove a broad range of pre and post contract knowledge. As well as providing a Quantity Surveying service, you will have the opportunity to develop Project Management experience. You will immediately become an integral member of the team, working closely with the Regional Projects Director as well as managing your own portfolio.

The Glasgow team has recently moved into newly refurbished offices in the city centre close to all main transport links.
