| THE ROLE Service Administrator Location: Glasgow - Darnley Salary:£7.50/hour or £15k per annum Benefits Package: Negotiable Reporting to: Service Manager Duration:Temp to perm or Permanent Hours of Work8am - 4.30pm Mon-Fri (1/2hr lunch) THE COMPANY Our clients are Scotlands leading independent fork lift truck specialist, with 40 years experience servicing customers across the nation. Whether you wish to buy, hire or lease new or refurbished materials handling equipment for your business, our extensive fleet of forklifts and other lifting equipment from the top brands in the industry are ready to help you get the job done. THE ROLE Our clients require an experienced Administrator, ideally with Service Admin experience, but not essential. The role will be to take incoming calls, to liaise with clients regarding booking engineers for service issues, to book engineers and allocate jobs, raise job numbers, process reports, enter all Engineers paperwork to system, create relevant paperwork and any ad hoc admin duties. This is an extremely busy environment and all applicants will be good multitaskers, adaptable, and flexible. Our clients will look at temp to perm or permanent staff.
