THE ROLE
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £18,000 (pro rata)

Reporting to: Head Cashier

THE COMPANY
An Edinburgh City Centre based Solicitor Firm is currently recruiting for a Part Time Legal Cashier to work in their successful office. The hours for this role are 9am-4pm three days a week. The role involves:


Bank Reconciliations
Recording and filing information
Making office payments by Chaps and Cheque
Posting Client and Office receipts
Resolving any client queries
Working with multi currency
Processing Invoices
Banking for client and office accounts
Paying Deposit Interest when due
Working to tight deadlines


EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role you must have extensive Legal Cashiering experience with a good understanding of current Scottish Solicitors Accounting legislation.
