Our client is looking to recruit a highly experienced Site Administrator with construction industry experience. The company was ormed in 1997 and they are a growing firm of property developers that operate in the Lothians and Borders area. They have gained a reputation for well located developments, imaginative design and high quality workmanship which is positioned at the premium end of the market. Their head office is based in East Lothian and employs around 30 staff. Due to a number of exiting developments they have a vacancy for a Site Administrator to support the Site Manager to run and organise the various sites. Your main duties will include: Ordering stock materials and ensuring non-stock items are delivered in time to meet the schedule, Receiving and booking in deliveries, assigning to the correct storage location on site and ensuring that all items are stored, recorded and looked after with due care. Organising the distribution of materials across the site to all trades. Issuing tools and sundries for use to the workforce and adjusting inventory records accordingly. Arranging hire and repair of plant and equipment. Ensuring the company Health and Safety policy is applied and reporting safety concerns. Assisting with general administration on site and helping with records, drawings, documents and filing and maintaining good relations with all contacts outside the company.
