Job details:

Working in a team environment you will be initially telephone based and working towards weekly/daily call targets
You will be account managing a group of potential clients
Promotion of yourself and the company to gain business
Following up leads through external means (e.g. Job papers)
Providing excellent customer service
Taking detailed job description and escalating it to senior consultants

Skills and attributes:

Ideally you will come from a sales//account management role but it's not essential
You will be confident and full of energy, a real self starter who can keep motivated
As this is an outbound role you will be comfortable with taking the initial plunge and making 'that' call
All backgrounds will be considered however a target orientated background is desirable
