Maintenance Person - Aberdeen - Permanent

My client are looking for someone who has a good basic skill in the following disciplines and a willingness to take on board further basic skills in Pat testing / filter changing etc ( on site training will be given ).

The job applicant should having the following:
Painting
Basic touching up / making good / plastering walls ( small works )
Basic Joinery skills
Ability to work on their own with limited supervision to a high standard
A basic understanding on health and safety
Show a willingness to learn and be a part of a small team in a very health and safety conscious working environment.

Rate of pay neg, on the experience and ability of the candidate.
