Full Description:
As Project Manager, you will report to the Construction Director and have overall control of your own projects from inception through to completion.
The role will enable you to get involved in pre and post contract work - liaising with clients and sub-contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You will ideally have a proven track record in the successful delivery of commercial projects in excess of £5million in value at a senior level. Good communication and the ability to motivate teams are highly advantageous as is a background in engineering.

Ideally the successful candidate should have an up to date CITB certificate and their career should have progressed through from a time served trade.



The successful candidate can expect a salary between £38-40K doe, the opportunity to join the car ownership scheme, fuel card, health plan and a contributory pension.
