Full Description:
You will be responsible for inspection functions relating to both housing and non-housing capital and revenue contract works and to carry out the supervision of various planned maintenance works and to ensure that such work is carried out to the satisfaction of the company. You are required to undertake condition, utilisation and dilapidation surveys on property and in the preparation of reports as required.

Awareness of Health & safety is essential. A time-served trades person with extensive knowledge of the building trades and a current UK Drivers License is required.
