Full Description:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a national company, based within Glasgow City Centre.

As a Claims Advisor, you will be responsible for managing claims within the motor industry. Specificly, you will investigate the cases in depth, liaising with all parties concerned and workign within the companies set parameters. At the end, you will be expected to close the case with a definate result.

The key performace indicators are being able to handle a varied workload, have excellent diary management skills and be capable of delivering a high standard of service on all levels.

To be concidered you must have experience working within a claims position, preferably motor, insurance or accident areas. These roles are permanent, based within the city centre and start immediatley.
