| Edinburgh based - Financial Services An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Loyalty and Retention Manager for this forward thinking FS firm. You role will be to develop and deliver a retention and loyalty strategy for the customers in line with the overall customer strategy and customer contact policy and thereby to contribute towards the growth and profitability objectives of the business. To use customer insights, analysis and research to guide the customer proposition and translate this into actionable retention and loyalty plans designed to deepen and strengthen the relationships we have with our customers and improve the profitability of our business.
