Our Client is a Subsea Engineering Company operating in the North sea and international waters
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for supporting the Offshore Manning Services Manager in ensuring the efficient and effective management of the Offshore Manning Services' coordination, administration and planning operations to enable the deployment of a suitably qualified, competent and experienced offshore construction (including ROV) workforce to the company's world wide worksites. The role involves close liaison with the Resources Managers, Vessel Operations Managers, OOS Management, Project Management and the Offshore Workforce.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Effective management and ongoing improvement of the Offshore Manning Services' coordination, administration and planningfunctions
Supporting the budget processes for the Offshore crew pools
The application of costing and charge out rates for day rate, guaranteed days and salaried offshore
personnel
Attendance and participation in vessel personnel surgery visits
Supporting the administration of annual salary / rate review processes for offshore pools and the annual Construction OMT bonus process
Effective interface with Offshore Manning Services payroll department to ensure ongoing process improvements
Development and maintenance of effective Offshore Manning Services procedures
Management of accurate and legally compliant personnel records both electronically and hard copy
Supporting the ongoing development and improvement of Offshore Manning Services Management information systems
Accurate reporting, both monthly and adhoc of key data pertaining to offshore personnel including
Management letter report, traffic light report, recovery of days report. Vessel lookahead reports, core
crew reports
Liaison with relevant Labour supply agencies to ensure appropriate level of service and financial
arrangements
Deputising for the Offshore Manning Services Manager as and when required
Directly Supervises: Offshore Manning Services Offshore Personnel Leads, Offshore Manning Services Administrators and Offshore Manning Services Planner

Resources Managers, Vessel Operations Managers, NMMS Account Manager,Training & Competency Manager, Payroll Manager, OOS Finance, Offshore Management Team, Offshore Workforce
