| THE ROLE Progressor/ Administrator Location: Bellshill Salary:£12k - £14k Benefits Package: TBC Reporting to: Office Manager THE COMPANY My client is an independently owned industrial supplies organisation. Due to internal promotion, they now wish to recruit a Progressor to join their staff. My client strives to promote from within, and provide excellent routes for progression and career paths for their employees. Working from 8am 4.45pm Monday to Friday, you will track orders, negotiate delivery dates with suppliers and refer back to customers, update information on their in-house system while providing excellent customer service and maintaining my clients reputation at all times. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS My client is looking for someone who is tenacious, has a customer service background and who is comfortable dealing with people on the telephone. Experience of Microsoft Office is preferred. You must have a good standard of English with a polite, professional but firm telephone manner.
