| Our client is a leading firm of property and construction consultants with several offices throughout Scotland. Due to steady growth they are now looking to recruit a qualified Architectural Technician with demonstrable industry experience. As Architectural Technician you will be educated to at least HNC standard with a working knowledge of UK building and planning regulations and be proficient AutoCAD software, and be able to work with minimum supervision. Working from inception to completion workload includes a number of sectors. Involving: * Healthcare projects (hospital wards, dental units, out reach centre) * Steading conversions * New build college development currently at Phase 1 * Educational / mixed use developments at local college You will receive an excellent opportunity to progress your career in an established working environment with the opportunity to work towards CIAT chartership or other if required.
