THE ROLE:Customer Service Representative
LOCATION: Glasgow City Centre
SALARY: £12,800 per annum
HOURS: 35 Hours per week - Monday to Friday between 8am-9pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays

THE COMPANY
Our client, a UK leader in the provision of consumer insurance including; Motor, Home and Travel are currently expanding their national operations across all products. They are a large blue chip organisation with a variety of subsidiaries.
THE ROLE
The purpose of the role is to provide outstanding customer service and maximise sales / cross selling opportunities. You will be handling inbound customer service calls and dealing with a variety of enquiries including renewals of existing policies, payment queries, changes to personal details among others. You will have set targets and objectives to achieve for which you will be rewarded with a fantastic benefits package and excellent continuous training and development.
EXPERIENCE
Previous customer service experience coupled with the drive to work towards targets is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be a strong team player.
